This conflict is quite damaging to the reputation Samsung has held prominently for years. Believing that the company has copied and mishandled the same features that have boosted Apple into becoming one of the largest and most grossing companies in his history is one idea no one would want to have. Apple's charges that Samsung copied its designs and features are widely viewed as an attack on Google and its Android software, which drives Samsung's devices and has become the most-used mobile software (Paragraph 6). The United States isn't the first country in which Apple has locked its missiles on Samsung. Over the past few years, Apple and Samsung have been going head on over same issue in other countries including South Korea, in which the courts blamed both companies for there misuse in patented features. The South Korean court issued that Samsung may not sell 10 products in the country including the Galaxy SII and Apple was banned from selling 4 products, including the IPhone 4.

Lets face it, who doesn't want to copy Apple's patented features. They are the top selling company of any product in history. The ideas they have come up with have revolutionized the market and the way we live with technology. Apple has turned stock profits into gold mines and instituted ways of making money no one has ever thought possible. Don't blame Samsung. They're just trying to get a piece of the action. Unfortunately, they tried to steal a little too much from the most powerful company on the face of the planet. Welcome Samsung to the new millennium.
