A vision statement is a declaration of a company's goals for the mid-term or long-term future (Pearce, 2013). The company knows that the vision statement should show their primary goals. Ve-Go understands that consumers have busy lives but love eating healthy and delicious vegetarians meals. The company's vision statement is simple. Ve-Go provides classic vegetarian dishes along with new recipes in a fast food setting. The company goal is to branch out nationally, allowing consumers to partake in their delicious recipes while on the go.
The mission statement presents the ideas and beliefs of the company. The statement tells of the company's existence and the reasons why the company started. The company Ve-Go came together to create and establish their company's mission statement. The company's mission is to provide consumers tasty vegetarian meals at a convenient location. The mission statement of Ve-Go is "Ve-Go is the consumer's best and most convenient restaurant for tasty vegan dishes and top customer service.
The mission statement is seen in more detail through the company values. Ve-Go continues to strive for excellence in their product and their customer service. The values of the company promote good health, great taste, fast convenience and good customer service. The values of the company are as followed:

These values push the company to be successful. The employees instill the values in their work ethics and environment.
The company understands that a good people's strategy outlines the company's relationship with their employees. The company will have four basic departments with leadership on all levels; departments such as Production, Marketing and Public Relations, Administration and Finance. This structure allows employees to focus on teamwork in their department and strive for higher levels. The compensation of employees is extremely important to the company. From the waitress to the CEO, the company compensates every worker. Additionally, the employees' wages are competitive and the company has an excellent benefit package.
